Our Wise Women’s Circle offers you monthly support to learn to reconnect with your body through embodiment practices, share common struggles of women juggling work/family/life through check ins, & create rituals around self care and prioritizing pleasure.
This circle will be your safe space to show up authentic (which often means vulnerable and depleted from trying to do it all perfectly!) and be guided back to the wisdom of your body and your intuition. It is a community to help you develop self compassion as you discover ways patriarchal conditioning has you believing that your worth is tied to your performance or your looks (it does not!).
We are a gathering of women of various ages, backgrounds, and experiences. We notice and honor the cyclical nature of our bodies, moon cycles, seasons of nature, and seasons of life.
We will dance, we will practice embodiment, we will journal, we will laugh or cry (or feel numb) and be guided to accept and welcome all of our emotions/numbness with compassion. We will celebrate ourselves for small and large successes, we will create pleasure practices, and create rituals to honor our ancestors and each other.
