For best results:
- Find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed or walked in on. This will help your body relax.
- Find a position that is comfortable for YOU. When you are comfortable, your body can relax deeper. You can listen while sitting in a chair, on a cushion, or laying on a yoga mat with a pillow under your knees.
- If you end up falling asleep, no worries. Your body needed a nap and it communicated with you…bravo. Your body is wise.
- Use your headphones.
- Repetition is how the body learns best, so feel free to repeat this meditation.
