women need the support and guidance of a caring community to come together regularly, to share wisdom, to be seen, and to be heard. This positive environment helps her to feel safe to slow down and thrive.
Our Women’s Circle offers you nine months of online support to learn to reconnect with the wisdom of your body and sharing the common struggles of working, taking care of family and learning to take better care of yourself. We do this through check ins, monthly themes, and creating simple rituals around self care, and prioritizing pleasure.
This circle is your safe space to show up authentic (which often means vulnerable and depleted from trying to do it all perfectly!) and be guided back to the wisdom of your body and your intuition. It is a community to help you develop self compassion as you discover ways patriarchal conditioning has you believing that your worth is tied to your performance or your looks (it does not!).
We are a gathering of women of various ages, backgrounds, and experiences. We notice and honor the cyclical nature of our bodies, moon cycles, seasons of nature, and seasons of life.
We will dance and move our bodies, we will practice being seen and active listening, we will journal, we will laugh or cry (or feel numb) and be guided to accept and welcome all of our emotions/numbness with compassion. We will learn to celebrate ourselves for small and large successes.
We offer a Sample Women’s Circle (complementary) on September 27, for you to experience us and to see if this is a good fit for you. Maximum size of this nine month group will be 25 members.
